Great service and fast!!!

Five stars to Mike who came to help me with a lock out on Monday night. It was very hard to get into my car but he would not give up. He finally got in. Great service. Thank you and big shout out to Mike who was very helpful.

Mike assisted my husband and I on Saturday, October 20, 2018, with moving my husband's classic car from a storage facility in Zeeland to a condo in Holland. The weather was horrible, windy/rainy/sleeting/cold, but Mike was cheerful and VERY helpful. He was also very careful with this cherished old car, and was even able to maneuver it right into the garage at the condo, so we didn't have to push it uphill from the driveway into the garage. (We're too old for that stuff!) The right front wheel of the car wouldn't move so the car just didn't simply roll off the back of the tow truck, but Mike was able to coax it off the truck - I'm not sure how he did it - a combination of gravity and skill! I'm happy to say that the car is tucked away in it's new home, safe, sound. We couldn't have done it without Mike! Thank you for a job well done! And as a bonus, this cost us much less than anticipated.

Beyond goodThese people actually care, I am a Machine shop owner and know how customers need to be treated to keep them, they checked out my Motorhome, found what was needed and talked the repairs over with me until all were agreeing what needed to be done, they gave me a delivery date and even after finding more issues they still made the delivery, take your bus, truck or Motorhome to them, it will be right when finished

Great people to work with!From the first time I contacted him, Rob was right on the ball getting me through all of the paperwork in lightening speed. He answered all of my questions and made the process very quick and easy. I'm extremely happy with the truck I purchased (2016 International Lone Star). They also did the vinyl lettering on the spot with a great choice of colors/fonts and a very professional result The only hiccup was a lack of getting the truck fully prepped for pick up. Nothing major but a few issues that required an inconvenient return trip to fix. Overall, super happy and would recommend to anyone!

overall great buying experienceseen their add for used tractor. called and talked to rob lubbers in holland . we made the deal on the phone. travelled 330 miles to c it and it looked like anew truck. it was 2015 peterbilt. it was a rollover rebuild. they did great job. there were few issues. small crack. couple plastic pieces missing. they had everything done by the time i picked it up few weeks later. super accomidating. robb was an excellant rep for his company. i would recommend anyone to do business with them.

The Service Team at West Michigan International in Grand Rapids is by far the most outstanding service I have ever received. Everytime I walk in the door, I am welcomed by a very knowledgeable team. These guys always have the answer to any problem I bring them. They are fast, reliable and trust worthy! By far the best shop that worked on my truck. They took the job very seriously and the truck runs like new now.

Very nice and helpful people in all departments here. Bought a truck here also have used the body shop and regular service. Easily in my top 5 dealerships I have been too across the country. Recommend this place to anyone no matter what you drive.

While I use to deal with lots of dealerships, now I take all my business to International. Other dealerships are a pain, while all WMI have been more than accommodating of my needs. I am not just spamming 5 stars, literally the only place I would go to.

They fixed the transmission in new LT pretty fast under warranty

Was only dealership of 3 I called that would actually look at my truck same day. Others said come back next week or next month. Out they didn’t have the required parts to fix my truck said that would take 3-5 days maybe to get the parts

I had a lot of trouble finding a certain part, I called places all over the country with no luck. I gave West Michigan International a call only to find out they didn't have the part as well. Dennis in the parts department went above and beyond the Call of Duty, gave me a number to a place that might help. I called the place and sure enough they had the part, and it was delivered the next day. If not for Dennis's kindness and concern I would still be on the sidelines. I also enjoyed talking to the receptionist Angie, she was very kind. You just don't find kind people like these two nowadays. Thanks West Michigan International for hiring such kind and professional workers.

Great place, very helpful friendly staff! I stopped because I had an HID headlight buld out. They were out of them but they had them picked up very quickly! 🙂

They have done a good for us, so far. They take the time to look over the truck and make sure it comes back in a safe and working order.

Have used for 35 years. Small dealership connected to larger group of stores around Mi. Parts and service. People are great.
